Job experience in IT
Hello everyone,
I am from Birmingham and recently got my foundation degree in IT and just completed my last year for my BsC honours. I really lack in the IT experience and would really like an opportunity to work long side some great professionals that will be able to help me develop some skills.
If there is anything out there maybe one day a week as I work full time would be great.
Thank you

Although I'm nowhere near birmingham, a few ideas:
If you're working full time currently it might be advisable to look for a volunteer role, whether at a local youth centre, or charity or anywhere that requires IT support, but may not be able to fund it. This way you'll get experience, as well as it not interfering with your current job.
Depending on your job it might also help if you can offer some local schools help during holidays, as this is often when people are temporary hired in to help with the main installations of new computer suites etc.
Good luck!
Steve
