I've not even looked yet. I've got other stuff to do, but that's normally the case yes .. lol ..

ok, I got intrigued and turned them on .. 2 of the machines were logged on as other users (student accounts so staff know the passwords as they're all the same - specialist school) and one had WiFi turned off .. a quick log off and reboot has fixed the 2 that were logged on, turning the wireless on, well, unsurprisingly that is fixed too! lol ..

I just get strange looks when I ask people if they asked the computer nicely to do whatever it was they wanted or whether they go angry with it .. lol ..

In one of our comms rooms, there's a stack of, I'd say at least 10 or 12 laptops with irreparably broken screens. I'm sorely tempted to grab some post-its, write a more happy, joking form of 'Let's see how you like it! Merry Christmas!' (not sure on the exact wording, but something none-confrontational but to that effect) and drop them off in the rooms of the worst I.T. offenders we have here.
