It's things like that job post that push me further and further away from a job in education when i'm done with uni. So many more attractive jobs in industry. Of course...you put yourself open to 24/7 on call stuff in industry where you dont see that as often in education.

lol. Well i meant 24/7 in your contract. You dont see 24/7 support terms in education contracts do you? If the head of ICT had called me up at 0300hrs saying that he couldnt get the shared area on the work from home i'd have told him it can wait until the morning!
