We have a Samsung Sky+ HD box which has for the second time 'forgotten' all scheduled recordings.
We noticed the same thing happen about this time last week. It recorded fine on Friday, but this evening X Factor didn't record... (I know it's got taste!)
Further investigation shows all recorded programmes are still there, but all the scheduled programmes for recording have disappeared.
We are completely mystified. I shall spend a fair amount of time setting all the recordings up again, but really don't want to have to do this every Saturday!
Any ideas?

1st December 2012, 10:13 PM #3 Id give Sky a call see if they can resolve the problem, I have one of the black Sky+HD Boxes not sure of the make maybe Amstrad... and now and again it looses everything in the TV Guide & Planner.... only unplugging and plugging back in rectifies it but it does make me twitch a bit as it gives me a dreaded amber light for 10 minutes after unplug.... box is only 11 months old and got a call from Sky last week asking if I wanted to take out insurance as my box is no longer under warranty...... Wish I had now.!
