From a less indignant perspective, our school doesn't support BYOD, anyway, so this would be useless to our staff unless they wanted them for home use (which is, granted, more likely), which kind of defeats the object as it comes across to me as marketed towards work use.
It just looks like any other form of credit service, really, only your employer docks your pay and sends it to them, so you never have to worry about missing a payment. The idea itself is pretty sound, I can't say I've heard of it before, but I can't say I ever buy anything on credit, either. But I also didn't spend too long browsing the site, so I might have missed some dastardly plot to rob you of your salary, house and first-born son's soul.
