    Window 7's docking in XP?

I'm now rolling with a widescreen display in work which is great. I've had one at home for a couple of years and find the ability to drag windows to the side or top of the screen in Windows 7 to 'dock' them to the left, right or full screen extremely useful, especially with a large monitor. Unfortunately in work, we are still running XP. Is there any software out there that can recreate the same feature in XP?
