A J.J. Abrams directed Half-Life / Portal movie should be good though.

I saw that - and they talked about the converse as well, a Valve-made JJ Abrams game.

Be interesting to see how much Source Filmmaker gets used in any potential film.

If they used ALL of the extended universe, they could probably do it easily.

Jar Jar will be in a spin off movie, he dies in the 1st scene. That film already sounds like the best thing since Return of the Jedi.

Maybe when the first couple of films are out, George Lucas will have a "My god... what have I done?" moment, followed shortly by a gunshot.

Awesome? You could use that adjective, but in its despairing, hopeless sense, which not many people realise it has.

Too much of a role for a CGI character...in my opinion. An appalling waste of lines!

I remember coming out of "The Phantom menace" feeling very let down..........

Eh, maybe it's just because I first 'encountered' him when I was a youngling, but he amuses me. To each, may he have his own.

    This may well be true.

As a 30 year old man, I found Jar Jar to be an annoyance! This hasn't changed in the intervening years!!
