There's been a few official statements after that "leak" and things are apparently being pushed forward. They had started a facebook campaign leading up to release a couple of months ago but they've pretty much been forced to stop bothering with that as this video (a better quality version) was part of those plans. It boils down to a large amount of the absolutely moronic so-called "community" demanding "release or nothing". So they're now getting nothing until release. We've had some decent screenshots on that campaign and it was looking like we could see release this year, very seriously. They are saying "they are now bringing things forward" so if that means earlier release or not, no-ones entirely sure.
Think I'm worried that it's going to be another Duke Nukem. I'm sure it will be awesome, but after 8 years, the Steam engine is getting on a bit and it's bound to feel a little dated. However, the screenshots and video do look awesome so hopefully it delivers the goods.
