New Medal of Honor Game
I was selected as one of the lucky 5000 to Alpha test the game - curtesy of the amazon competition that was running when the pre-order went up!
I have compiled a little report for anyone who is interested.
Essentially the game is a cross between MW2 and BFBC2. Allow me to explain.
The maps are a mix of small maps (equivalent size ranging Rust to Favela for small maps), to stupidly large maps (equivalent Derail and a FULL sized rush map (the one with the lighthouse) for the large maps).
The gameplay at the minute is fairly buggy, alot of textures are not rendering properly (even on low), and the games physics are not up to scratch. An example of the physics is standing at point blank range it took 5 shots with the M24 to the face to kill someone, and 3 shots with a Magnum to the face to kill someone.
They have accounted in this game for Wind, Elevation, Distance etc for a kill, but they have limited maximum kill range to 200 metres for ALL weapons, when some can easily hit over 1000m in the game, also the choppa's can affect your shots, EG the force the propellors create force the bullets to go down - which IMO is an an awesome feature!
The sounds of the game (in terms of weapons firing, footsteps, choppa sounds, etc) are second to none. It actually sounds if you are standing next to a tank or a choppa.
In all the game is good, but they need to fix around 60-70 bugs located by us Alpha testers, and then send out a BETA test.
As for screenshots, I am bound by the contract I digitally signed NOT to take any which is a pain in the arse! They have actually disabled the print screen function, as well as the steam and xfire snapshot features! Oh also, fraps wont work with it, it causes black screens. I tried ALOT to get some screenshots (short of taking a pic on my phone!)
Is that just in the Alpha / Beta that they have put a 200m range restriction on or will that be staying......(it cant stay surely?).

i remeber when i was beta testing (only 30 of us) the origional Armed Assault, the 1st alpha we had contained no death animations, you would kill an enemy ai and they wouldnt function but would continue running/walking heheh zombies anyone?
I've received an invitation today to join the beta. Looks good although spending a lot of time on the floor dead :D
