Anyone tried any non LFR raids yet?
Cleared 10man normal vaults on my horde guild. The guild itself is on 3/6 Heroic. I'm not up for that kind of commitment these days! My alliance guild hasn't even considered raiding yet, bit more laid back about the whole situation.
I have decided to xfer my hunter and priest off outland horde now to frostwhisper, I am enjoying playing my hunter at the moment and getting him levelled, I was pretty bored and alone on Ragnaros, seems since my RL mate got married, hes doing other stuff and being alone in a guild is a bit rubbish in this game, no matter of the perks
Druid is alright, tanking is easy enough, but I dont think theres enough in this game to keep me entertained more than a couple of months I think here, I dont fancy grinding out no end of dailies for rep either, I havent liked them all along, because of the tedium involved in making the game repetitive, we shall see though how it goes.
Anyone else bored of the massive amounts of dalies?
I haven't logged on at all this week just out of the sheer apathy about spending hours going through them all. I know i could not bother with them but don't get the urge to log on at all. Previously it just seemed like there were half a hour worth of dailies you could do while waiting in queue, now to finish all of them it takes hours solo.
I dislike there are so many, the game is basically making you decide which ones to concentrate on rather than doing them all. If you look at the rewards it is pretty unlikely that you need to do them all anyway (assuming the completionist in you can cope with that).Originally Posted by LiamH

Tillers to Exalted (can ignore if you don't want to do farmville)
Cloud Serpent to Exalted (well this is a pretty mount I know, but flying dragons!!)
Klaxxi to Revered
Golden Lotus to Revered
->August Celestials to Revered (Exalted if you are a tailor)
->Shadow Pan to Revered
Doing this you are only ever doing 4 sets of dailies each day maximum and once you have Golden Lotus to revered you will have finished the Cloud Serpent and Klaxxi so will just be doing Tillers, Shadow Pan and August Celestials.

Yeah at the moment when i can build up the will to log on i'm doing
Golden Lotus, both sets of dailies, which can be a pain solo.
Tillers, easy dailies
Klaxxi, the area is just so depressing
Cloud Serpent, if we could race more it would be fun
Fishing ones, just for the new fishing hat really, don't need to do these.
Im guessing next week will be better as my OH wont be working silly hours and it goes a lot faster then, im feral druid so doing most of them in bear spec to make it faceroll, but the dps takes a while.
They are much easier with 2 people I will admit. You may already be doing it but the Klaxxi dailies are really fast if you get the Raining Blood enhancement from Xaril. It does stupid stupid (stupid) damage and you kill every mob in about 3 seconds, you can pull a load and AoE them too and they still take stupid damage and also get stunned.
Just got Cloud Serpents to Exalted and won the race so there's no need for me to ever touch those dailies again. Slightly dismayed at the news that 5.1 brings even more daily quests for us to do!
My other pet peeve is that LFR awards more VP than normal 10man.

Hmm also just noticed getting Exalted with Klaxxi gets you a quest which gives you an epic ilvl 489 ring. Anyone know if there are similar quests for the other factions?
Edit: Golden Lotus gives you a necklace, damn you Blizzard!!

But do waste your time getting exalted with Klaxxi and Golden Lotus, not sure which is worse
Because you can spend your VP on slots that you can't get quest rewards for (although you do need two rings).
that is very offputting to me the amount of dailies, like blizz would say, you dont have to do them, but to me their "easy content", my friend is finally back of honeymoon now which is good and hes enjoying the first few zones, I am interested to see how he would enjoy townlong steppes and dread wastes, I started losing the will to live in dread wastes, because it was basically, go kill this amount of insect men, wake a paragon, kill another 800 insects, then kill some Sha demons and go release another paragon, rinse and repeat what basically started in townlong with the mantid creatures, I know questing isnt going to be changing that much as its a core to the game, but at least in the earlier areas they tried to make it a bit more fun by doing things like the "shokia" chain with the hozen where you could be a sniper and so on, after kun-lai I felt it got very linear to level, dont know about anyone else.
That being said I am enjoying my orc hunter again now, cant wait to level it up now im off outland and on Frostwhisper horde with it.
I lost loads of time to XCOM but now that has broken me (Cryssalids...grrrrr!!!) I will have to catch up again!
Not looking forwards to more dailies though. They kill the fun pretty fast once you've been through them all.
I think dalies are the main reason I have so many alts
