Not sure if anyone has heard of this all ready but it was just passed to me. I posted in teh XBOX social group but suddenly though not everyone may be in there. On this thread some guys are trying to drum up support to get MS to create some poppy avatar bits and gamer pics with the intention of raising money for the Poppy Appeal. If you have a sec and would like to show your support just drop a post in the thread. You will also be able to use up any dribs or drabs of points for a good cause.
Send a message to Acey Bongos as he is the Xbox European Community manager might also be worth getting the Royal British Legion involved as I believe they have to sanction any use of the poppy logo. So you are on to a non starter if they dont agree to it. I would buy a poppy for my avatar.
Sorry, it's not my baby, just a thread on the Xbox UK forums. I am assuming they have done the leg work. If not they are possibly just trying to get a backing in time.
