One game that amazed me with its graphics recently - Trine 2. They've got that just right IMO.
looks amazing I cant wait to get one its going to be the best console EVER.
I wonder if MS will show just a controller too...
PlayStation 4 console hardware finally revealed / Sony's PlayStation 4 Eye is a $59 add-on
The PlayStation 4 will require a PlayStation Plus subscription to access online multiplayer, Sony has revealed at their E3 2013 press conference. Previously on the PlayStation 3 it was free to access online multiplayer gaming, but with the launch of the new console, Sony is moving to a Microsoft-style model where you must pay each and every month to access the feature.
PlayStation Plus will cost less than $5 per month, and will also provide access to discounted games, cloud saves, automatic game updates and new games for free every month. A special edition of Drive Club will be provided to all PlayStation Plus members on the PlayStation 4 immediately, and those of you with PS Plus subscriptions on the PS3 will have those carry over to the PS4. So, consoles now have a higher total cost of ownership than a PC equipped with a decent graphics card.
Well done, world, well done.
The most important is the console price:
Another is disk sharing policy:
No one cares about the camera, its not mandatory.
The controller prices are still TBC, they are higher priced on amazon so they dont lose out on money if you pre-order.

That video made me laugh. Sony has definitely given Microsoft a bit of a beating with this.
I'm not really a console player as I prefer the PC and would rather spend £350 on building a decent gaming PC TBH
But as far as the 2 console are concerned - the PS4 is the winner in my books - MS seem to have lost the plot recently with Windows 8 and now the Xbox VCR and their intention to charge you for playing your pre-owned game or even playing your own game on your mates console!
As I've said before, the XBOne needed to happen several years ago (without the preowned and internet crap) and Sony wouldn't even be in the console market now. But that strategy (of actually moving forward for the better) doesn't make them money, so that hasn't happened.
PS4 is definitely the winner of a losing race.
Was there any news from Sony for Vita owners? I'd especially be interested to hear how the Vita hooks in to the PS4, but the trade sites are being really quiet about the Sony handheld.
