    Although demo'ed with a 360, perhaps this could be planned for the '720'?

    If it's as 'good' as Kinect though, I'll pass. Can't afford a house big enough to use that damned thing on my salary.

    I can't see it either, but there has to be one somewhere. The video appears to me to be entirely a concept though, much like the original Kinect one (whose games never seem to have materialised)

    Also - there's talk of it producing 3D visuals, which to me means hologram - that video shows nothing of the sort...

    IllumiRoom is a proof-of-concept Microsoft Research project designed to push the boundary of living room immersive entertainment by blending our virtual and physical worlds with projected visualizations. The effects in the video are rendered in real time and are captured live -- not special effects added in post processing.
    I think the 3D visuals they are talking about is the bit where it appears to deform the shelves (see the bit at 42 seconds)

    no ive found that i bought a kinect over christmas and the kinect just keeps telling me to move back any further back and ive got to stand on the sofa might try temp wall mounting it at eye level shoule help as the tv is about a foot from the wall

    at 33 seconds there is something on the right hand side of the xbox with two green lights on it - anyone know what it is? is this part of the hardware?
