New email addresses Exchange 2010
I've been tasked with changing our default email addresses from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com
I have changed the Email address policies to give a user the additional SMTP address and set this as the main reply address. Internally the new addresses work correctly, but external mail isn't getting through to the new addresses. There are no failed delivery reports or anything of a useful nature :-(
Email is still flowing if it is sent to the old address - is there anything that I have missed or should have set up/restarted?
