Duplicate E-mails sending through OWA
We are currently running Exchange 2003 on SBS2003.
Although we plan to migrate to SBS2011 / Exchange 2010 within the next 2-3 months there is an issue one of our users has which I'd like to resolve in the meantime.
The user accesses their E-mail via OWA when not in the office. The problem that she has is that she will send an E-mail and the browser returns to the Inbox. Quite often the recipient of that E-mail receives 2, 3, 4, 5 or even 6 copies of the E-mail. They're all timed at the same time and the Message ID's move up in sequence. If she looks in her Sent Items she will see all of the sent copies.
It seems to be quite random, it doesn't do it to all E-mails sent, just some. This is happening on two difference PC's that the user has (1 laptop, 1 windows tablet) and happens no matter which browser is used so I don't believe the problem is at her side so I need to troubleshoot it on Exchange.
Anybody heard of this before or any suggestions as to the likely cause?
