Read Only Account for SharePoint
I've been asked to provide an external consultant with read only access to our SharePoint site (preferably remotely, too).
At the moment our SP is set up so that only staff can see it. Very few users have write permissions to the subsites.
I thought of creating a locked down staff account for the consultant.
This isn't a very elegant solution - is there a better one (bearing in mind that a. I have 24hours to get this in place and b. I'm still very much in the learning stage of SP.)
Any help appreciated.
