Automated Signature - Exchange 2010
Just got a new IT role which effectively is taking duties away from an outsourced IT company and building an internal IT team, so as it stands I hyave no one to bounce questions to so hope you can help.
Set my self up with a new email address today via the companies exchange server (2010) which went fine, sent myself a test email, also fine.
When I opened my email I saw there was an automated signiture, which has obviously taken some details from my AD user mainly my name and job title.
I'm just wondering, how to I edit that signature, I can find lots of tutorials on how to create an automated signature in exchange by creating a new transport rule and using HTML code, but when I look at the new transport rules on the server there are none listed to edit?
Where is exchange pulling this information from and how would I go about editing it if required?
