We use our ISP's smarthost to Spam check and forward our emails to my Exchange serevr, first people I approached and they blamed it on my Exchange.
I have also delibrately sent a mispelt email and the same sort of NDR gets returned.
I suspect some of the addresses are not updated on my ISP smarthost flter and emails not getting through as a result
My Exchange 2010 allows distribution groups to recieve emails externally without the need for authentication
I also nicked one of the distribution external email address and applied it to my mailbox, test externally and I get a similar NDR.
Any ideas? Could it possibly be my end in this case?
Thanks as always.
PS I have over October half term changed reply email address globally since we gone academy, but not sure whether that makes a difference
