Employee Training Tracking Database
Over the years we have moved from tracking our employee's training in spreadsheets to a homemade database in MS Access, and now we're looking at pre-built solutions. For our business, this means tracking completed training and required training. We've tried a lot of software on the internet, and the best fit so far is this one from Kaizen Software:
