Exchange Server 2007 - Add password to Mail Enadbled Contact
At my company we use Exchange Server to manage our emails -- we are attempting to Force exchange 2007 to format one of the inboxes to recieve in only text/plain instead of text/html to fix a formatting issue for our Bug Tracking system we have setup. CUrrently we are stuck in Powershell trying to set commands which don't seem to be working and could really use some assistance. The commands we are having issues with are as follows:
Set-MailContact -Identity “contact name” -MessageBodyFormat:Text
Set-MailContact -Identity “contact name” -MessageFormat:Text
Set-MailContact -Identity “contact name” -UsePreferMessageFormat:$true
If our Bug tracking system could use a email address without an password associated with it, then it would work, but it cannot and we are looking for an easy fix to stop recieving poorly formatted HTML in our Bug tracking system..

Internal recipients and yes the Helpdesk Ticketing system is recieving the messages which is unable to parse HTML. We just want one email address to have text/plain formatting and we cannot seem to find a way to accomplish this.

Not by a server at the mo, but it seems like a decent exch solution wont work. Can you add that recipient as a contact in OLK and see if you can set message format so that is saved.
What helpdesk app is this?
