I am waiting a while for some good guides on how to get FEP up and running from scratch in an organisation but I followed a beta one and everything seemed to go okay and work for a while, but after being in a test environment for a while I have a few issues.

Running the full SCCM 2010, have everything set up to how I think it needs to be but the issues I have are

All clients are listed as inactive in the FEP dashboard.
Uninstalling the client is not recognised in the dashboard either it is still part of the inactive group not the agent not yet installed group.

The handful of clients that are in this test environment still get definition updates daily from the SCCM server so something is working. Just cant get my head around why they are inactive after working for a few weeks with no changes.
