Using Exchange with a Frog Server

Hi All,

Wasn't sure if to post this in Enterprise software or the VLE section, but I think the problem is with Exchange rather than Frog so I posted it here.

Frog have set up our server to relay mail to our Exchange 2010 server. This is used for things like web forms in Frog, the results can then be sent to an email address.

We have just noticed that this works fine for internal addresses, but if the Frog server tries to send to an external address then it fails. The following error email is returned. Are there any Exchange experts on here who can understand the error, and tell me if there is any way I can allow these messages through.

Do you have a relay connector? Is so what permissions does it have set on it and is the frog server allowed to relay through it.
