Exchange 2010 Limit emails which can be sent?

I can find info on how to limit email size in exchange 2010 but I canít find anything which will allow me to limit the amount of emails a user can send in say a 24 hour period.. Is this possible?? If so how??

    1. Message limits are set on the connectors (send/receive) and mailbox quota limits.
    2. You can't set per day allowance.
