As has been discussed countless times over many threads, there is planty of 'free' and open source software and management tools in use throughout our networks, but what tools are the ones that top your lists of 'essentials' when it comes to renewing/upgrading and purchasing more liceses for. What is it that you pay for that you now almost cannot possibly live without? For me it was NetSupport DNA. An (almost) everything under one roof platform for monitoring, deploying and logging whist being a joy to use. What is yours?

Ah, that happy joyous occasion where after months of having your backup system emailing and reporting back to you on a daily basis that the backups have been made sucessfully it then refuses to mount any of them. At all. Just when you need them.
D2D2T Rocks, but only if you've verified the backups
