Moving email address to new mailbox
We have deleted a mailbox and moved the email address of that mailbox to a new user. When you type that email address into outlook it is associating it with the old mailbox user, and the messages bounces.
How do i stop this please?
We are on Exchange 2013 Cu3

I think this is just a GAL delay updating, how long has passed since the move?
I have seen address/account changes take a while to get to outlook.

Whenever we have done this we have to empty the auto-complete list on the Outlook client before it sends correctly. It's looking for an old GUID I believe.
