Got an interesting one here, not sure if there's an easy way to resolve it or if I'm just going to have to wait for the day everyones cache clears.....
Prior to the xmas holidays our sims admin + exams officer woman had her firstname.lastname@example.org as well as the public email@example.com email addresses. She's now left, so the public facing address had to move to a different user, this user decided she wanted it set up a different way which is fine. Problem is when she sends an email from that firstname.lastname@example.org account now the display name for a lot of people is coming up as the old member of staffs name, rather than just "admin"
Presumably this is cached based on the fact the previous woman has sent people emails from email@example.com attached to her name, but how can i clear that cache from the system?
seems to be an issue with the recipients cache. They will have to delete as they may have this stored as a contact. check if they have th same results in owa/cached mode.
