Sounds like something is screwed with SSL somewhere along the line, Exchange can be a PITA if SSL configuration gets borken.

Based on that error - is ipv6 fully disbaled for the server (and not just unticked in the network card)?

Event ID 3, Event ID 1309 and Event ID 108 are logged on an Exchange Server 2010 Client Access server

try running the wizards on https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ and see what steps it fails on, it should give you an idea on what stage its failing on

thanks all will give this a try, yes IPV6 is definitely disabled. OWA is broken externally and internally, In Chrome the error is 'The web page is not availble'

Do you specifically know that autodiscover has ever worked? I've seen a lot of installations in schools that would give those kind of errors, even though internal and external clients work.
Based on what is pasted there i'd be inclined to stay away from worrying about autodiscover for a bit - especially if your internal clients aren't able to send/receive or login?

Yes, autodiscover has always worked, we use it for external clients mainly, or we did until it broke.

Clients using Outlook are still sending/receiving mail fine, It's OWA AND EMC that doesn't work and also Exchange Powershell.

I have found 3 entries on my bindings on Default web site in IIS, ones that I haven't put in there.

    Listed below:

    net.msmq localhost
    net.pipe *
    net.tcp 808:*

Should they be in there ? considering I only need HTTPS and HTTP on that server.
