Lync 2010 which call management software to use

    Hi everybody,

We are a school which has Lync 2010 enterprise installed. At this moment we are looking for options to buy "a simple to use" call management software. This will be used by our receptionists. The software needs to be able to create a menu with choosing options. And the caller needs to be informed with how many callers are waiting in the queue in front of them. Does anybody have a good solution for this?
    Thanks in advance!!

    Best regards,

    Leon Timmer

    Hi Domino,

Our receptionist tried the attendent but found it difficult to use, besides this experience, the attendent cannot give information to the caller, how many waiting callers are in queue in front of them.

I'm not aware of anything replacement wise, but there is an SDK Lync server developer | UCMA, Unified Communications | SDK, API, samples, tools

If you're after a specific feature set it might be worth spending the time making a web based interface? or hiring someone to?
