Same error from home. It says Exception message: There is not enough space on the disk. half way down the error log.
Do you have ANY 3rd party products in use with Exch? Load balancer? AV/AS?
Nope Hyper-v unfortunately.
I have found the problem, there's a server 2003 box which has exchange on it and its got no disk space on C , literally totally empty. Its only got a 20GB C drive. I have deleted 250mb worth of data (that's all i could find to remove) and now its working. It must be a hub transport or edge server i guess. Going to take it offline tonight and increase the disk space on C for that server to stop it happening again.

Hopefully its just a case of taking the server offline, extending the VHD and then booting back up and extending the volume.
Now to fix the other OWA issue which is that it doesn't work in IE unless in compatibility mode.
