I run a fairly simple Exchange system with three databases, students, sixth form and staff hosted on a single server.
The students and staff all work fine on any platform but for some reason the sixth form students can't connect to either OWA or via activesync (but can connect directly using Outlook on an in-house workstation Win 7). The error they get remotely is "the username or password is incorrect" and this happens if they enter their username in 01abcd format or curriculum\01abcd.
I can't see any difference as to why this one database is behaving differently. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to look? This is hosted on a W2K8r2 server with Ex2010SP3 with roll-up2 installed.
create a new database move one user & see if that works?
