Cunninghams ID Manager
We have a spare third till however when trying to log into the ID Manager it times out the server IP and port are correct does anyone have any ideas? Cunninghams support is under strain at the moment due to all the new intake start of year madness so I thought if anyone on here to could help that would be very useful.

same thing happening to me, do u have a secondary server that you can point it to??

No sadly not. But having worked out that the IP address although looked correct it was in fact wrong ;-) its now working correctly.
