    Quick Exchange install question

Moving from Exchange 2003 so installing Exchange 2010 on Server 2012. Microsoft has the Exchange install DVD listed as with SP1 so am I best to merge Exchange SP3 with the DVD contents so making an SP3 install or can I go ahead and install DVD as is and upgrade the SP3 after?

    Thanks.
