Our finance system (Corero) sends out work flow emails to managers to action. Currently it goes via SMTP to our Ex2003 server which then routes to our Ex2010 server that hosts the staff mailboxes. All external email also routes via the Ex2003 to the Ex2010 server (yes it's a bit odd but we are in mid migration at the moment....)

Since our staff were migrated to the Ex2010 server, any email from the Corero system is being delivered directly to the junk mail folder of each user rather than the inbox.

Given the Ex2003->Ex2010 route it's taking, is there anything I can do globally on either box to stop it being flagged as junk?
