    Maintenance Window SCCM 2012 SP1

    Hi,

I have 1 or 2 machine that are installing stuff at times they shouldn't, outside the normal Maintenance Windows. How do I find out what Maintenance Windows are applied to a device please?

    THanks

Find out which device collections those machines belong to, right click each of those device collections > properties > maintenance window tab.

As far as I'm aware device collection properties are the only place you can set the maintenance windows but i could be wrong. Not sure if there's a way of finding a list of the collections an individual device belongs to either (looking for that now)

EDIT: also you might find this useful: http://myitforum.com/myitforumwp/201...t-click-tools/ the SCCM2007 version allows you to right click a device and view the collections it belongs to, i haven't tried 2012 but i assume it'll do the same somewhere.

We have lots of collections so it will take ages to track it down, was hoping someone would know a quick way

Ah see my edit for the link to the right click tools

EDIT: just tried out the right click tools, once installed go to client tools > show collections and it'll give you a pop up list
