Software to transfer large files to and from internal users?

Internal email limit is 10 MB. Does anyone know any software that allows internal AD users, to send large files to the home folders of other internal AD users?

But with email we don't want duplication of files where the sender and recipient attachments get stored in both mailboxes.

I've used YouSentit before for something similar - you basically upload a file and they send the target an email with a link and password to download it.

Has come in useful for sending a few huge documents!
