This'll sound really silly, but if you have SBS2003 - go to server manager, The E-mail and Internet Wizard - follow through the wizard - Don't change any settings, but make sure when you get to this stage; select mobile outlook access. That'll get things flowing.

If you don't have sbs2k3 - ignore me!

So your manager's email's are working fine on his iPhone? Try simple steps first, you have tried duplicating the settings off his, and just changing them to your credentials? SBS is a different animal to normal exchange 2003 boxes. Also, in AD, have you enabled mobile access, under the exchange features tab?
