Exchange 2010 - Shared Calendar question
Fairly new to exchange and have a question about shared calendars. I've shared our heads calendar with his PA but she can't see his entries, he can see her entries in the calandar. I'm sure its something simple.
Can someone point me in the right direction

Hopefully this is a simple one: in Outlook go to calendar, right click on the calendar and hover over the Share menu (sub-menu appears) and you should see Calendar Permissions. Normally you will see permissions for Default and Anonymous users - you can add individuals or groups from the GAL and apply permissions. I suspect that you will want to provide Author level permissions for the PA.

Or setup the PA as a delegate on the Head's OLK.
