14th September 2012, 03:30 PM #17 Can you check the object on each DC and make sure the permission is there?
Also, how many domains are there?
Did you apply UR4?

That can only be done on the Exch server?!
Helpdesk Mailbox has my personal user as full access / sendas / send on behalf of.
The only way I can get it to work is to remove the email
Address in the From field in Outlook 2010 and to put it back in again.
Will be starting the UR4 at 10pm on both CAS'

Looking at the notes, it doesn't mention SendAs just public folders.
I will look at it over the weekend, thank you

Its the GUI version, I am pretty sure I have used it in the past for send as permissions.

it kept coming Up with power shell script missing, then it said it had failed and it couldn't recover. I tried putting SP2 back on and I had to install it in recover server mode. I did remember when I put SP2 initially on, it failed upgrading because the Mailbox role wasn't installed. Which confused me as this is the main Exch server that holds the mailboxes. It worked so I didn't think anything of it lol.

Well it connects ok, doesn't bring up any certificate errors now and MailTips work again lol.
The update seems to have gone on ok on both CAS.
Not checked the SendAs yet
