Is that even with all 3 settings set?

Delaying shutdown, enable message, and setting a message?

Yep works fine on XP but is broken on 7.

Anyway back to the original question, I have managed it. I run the below in a batch file as a startup script.

    Code:
    msiexec /uninstall {22B112C1-8E4A-4E4A-A3C2-B9081B35E31B} /q
