Again, this isn't a job for Shutdownertron - better assigned as a shutdown script in your group policy, then it doesn't matter if Shutdownertron shut it down or a user.

    can I please request:

    1) We have all unattended computers lock themselves after 15min. Once locked they do not shutdown

    2) Also if they are not locked and applications are running they do not shutdown as below:

    Thanks in advance

Forced shutdown should take care of that. ("should" )

Ooo, international user are you finding all the doc and policy wordings make sense? They're probably full of English idioms...

I haven't written forced shutdown yet, it will be in 1.4.

Oh i see. Any idea when 1.4 will be ready?

And yes, the documentation is very clear and i found using the ADM is almost self-explanatory.

I'm hoping not long, but Real Life is in the way a bit right now. I should get chance to work on it shortly.

    Good, that's nice to know

Hi there, just wondering if a new release is imminent? Just trying to determine whether it's worth holding off deployment, or to deploy the current release? Thanks

Deploy the current release. This close to the Summer, I'm going to hold off releasing otherwise it'll end up being a rush job.

I'd like to put a vote in to allow forced shutdown. At the moment, when staff leave the computers logged and the computers lock after the specified screensaver Wait period, Shutdownertron is unable to shut the computers down because the invoked shutdown is not forced.

Forced shutdown is already in, or will be when it releases

What about "Instant Shutdown Admin Button" - been having a few problem with installing due to lack of DotNet on some of the older PCs... if there was a "Instant Shutdown Admin Button" would help with trouble shooting!

    Thanks,

    Optimus
