It seems that by default, Sophos picks up Shutdownertron as suspicious during installation (their ref: HIPS/RegMod-013). I recommend that you add the executable as an exception and allow time for your clients to update before starting a Shutdownertron agent deployment. At the moment, there's no point in my trying to get it into Sophos properly because every version change will invalidate their signature.
