    Is that from the admin pages or the login that the students would use to reset their own password?

    Hi

    After looking at this i resolved the error with unlocking the accounts by amending the code with this
    oUser.Put "IsAccountLocked", CLng(0)
    oUser.IsAccountLocked = False
    oUser.SetInfo
    Set oUser = Nothing

    Hi Ok,

    This hasn't been tested with server 2008 by me, I wonder if anyone else is using it on server 2008. I am sure we can solve it.

    Thanks for that Mike.

    I'll add it to the code base and add an acknowledgement as well.

    managed to get it working, seems that page doesnt like the variables used, if you manually set them in that, min length etc it works. can supply code if needed.

    Are you saying that the variables set in the config.asp file don't actually get read/used properly in the main code?

    Thanks.
