When I tried to search using the box under the user details I got the attached error.

Also happening when doing a normal search.

Fixed, not sure why it died yet.

I'll echo this as well, I'm getting "connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)".

Will doing a google search for <product> site:edugeek.net work (behind the red door excluded, naturally)?
