no upload button on insert image

When trying to insert an image from computer, there are no buttons available, like there are when providing a URL link. Can select image, but no way to send/upload.
Tried in Chrome, safari, firefox, and IE, no joy.

There is, they (vBulletin) just messed up the styling, the text "Upload File(s)" text will do the upload.
