[OPEN] Layout Issue: Mobile theme layout problem - ICS

On my galaxy nexus with ics i have the following problems

1) wont allow me to make new forum posts in the mobile theme.

2) writing now

Sorry for rubbish post above. I was trying to write it on my phone last night and kept running into problems and then just went sleep.
Problems are as follows
I have Samsung galaxy nexus running android 4.0

1) Mobile theme won’t allow me to make posts. I write the message in the box and when I click submit it's as if the page refreshes because my message disappears and hasn’t been posted
2) Sometimes when I am browsing a forum section (Example, Windows 7 Section) then press the back button to get back to the main forum section the layout goes odd. I can still see some of the forum posts from the section I just exited mixed up in the main forum sections.
