how do you comment on someone's blog?

I can't find the button anywhere!

The default behaviour seems to be that you have to be someones friend to comment on their blog.

The blog owner can change this in their settings.

You also have to manually turn on notifications that you have new comments

Hmm I intended any user to comment on any blog. Will have a look and see what can be done

Notifications are now email based by default for bloggers and commentators now.
