It may be worth changing from the old EG favicon to the gold computer symbol? Just so it all matches up nicely.

Transparent backgrounds on favicons look nice and rather web 2.0 to match the swanky redesign

Done, its now a rip of the computer icon unless anyone wants to submit one better (in jpg)
