Sometimes when I post and reload the post still appears in the Quick Reply box, even when I click Post Quick Reply. Reload again and my post appears. Latest version of Opera on 8.1

This problem may be occurring again since I changed options to fix attachment issues.
Working on it although I have never had the issue so far.

Just started happening to me today - it's happened intermittently in the past but as of today it's happening with every post - sorry @ZeroHour!
Using Chrome BTW.

I've noticed it on both web and mobile last 2 days

Happening for me on FF28 (i.e. up to date) using the quick reply box more or less everywhere. EDIT: though not here, of course. Happened for this post, though, and another this morning that I can't remember.

Happening to me too on IE9.
If you look at the number of double posts around the forums you'll see it is happening to lots of other people too!

Just happened to me
using quick reply

Further to earlier, it has happened to me everytime when posting a quick reply in this thread: Office 365 questions
Perhaps it is thread specific? EDIT: though it's just happened to me here, when it didn't earlier, and it's happening to me in the Odd Food thread as well, which I think is new.
