Conference meal tomorrow (Wednesday) night

Here are the timings for tomorrow night. We shall be eating at the Le Frog bistro (map: http://conf.edugeek.net/location.html)
I have a table for 40 booked for 20:30 (to allow those travelling after work to get to the hotel, book in and get ready). We shall meet in the Hotel bar for 20:15 and then walk down to the restaurant, a short 5 min walk, and the evening should be a good one.

BTW guys... the 40 was based on the info from the booking forms (people staying overnight).
