Does anyone know what bus routes I'll need when I get to the station? Been to London Expo recently so the less cabs I have to take the less my bank balance screams as I spend even more money.

26th May 2009, 11:49 AM #3 You can't really get the bus there as it is right on the outskirts. A taxi will set you back about £7. The nearest bus (regular) will drop you off about half a mile away (the No 23/22) at Black Bull lights.

Hiya,
Is there any places left as we're looking to (2 people) come to the event? We won't be staying at the hotel as we intend to travel to the venue and leave on the same day. I tried to register but it states that its expired, i know this is short notice but 2 we're free this half-term.
Ash.

26th May 2009, 12:19 PM #6 I'm hoping to get there on the Wednesday. It depends on when they let me travel though, cutting through London means if I go too early I get stung for peak travel. I think it's any train arriving in London before 10am is peak?
Oh and it is Preston Rail according to Google Maps.

27th May 2009, 03:26 PM #9 I can conclude the National Rail site is useless. I arrived something like 2:45, no 4:00 as it said!
Sitting in my room now with Internet TV, might want to get reception to replace the batteries though.
